Roosevelt Inn Family Suites are some of the largest rooms in all Black Hills hotels with more than 588 square feet. They include a bedroom, an updated bathroom, a spacious living room, and a private balcony. The private balcony is nearly 50 square feet and includes comfortable seating for two. The rooms are separated by French doors, allowing guests in each room their privacy. The bedroom has two queen-sized beds and the living room has a double-sized sleeper sofa. Family suites have one bathroom located off of the bedroom.

Each suite is furnished with a sofa, chairs, activity table, and a writing desk. Suites also include a dry bar complete with a microwave and refrigerator. Each room of the suite has its own television set, 19-inch in the bedroom and 27-inch in the living room.
